This allows your page to load while PriceFetchWP is fetching the price in the background.
This can help improve perceived page-load performance when an external price request takes longer to complete.
When enabled, PriceFetchWP can display a loader while the price request is processed.
Normal page caching does not interfere with Delay Price Load.
