A Paused URL Entry is an entry that remains saved in PriceFetchWP but is temporarily disabled from normal matching/use.
Pausing can be useful when you want to keep a configuration without deleting it. The entry will simply be skipped and will not receive any new price fetches while it’s paused.
The entry can be enabled again without rebuilding its selectors and settings.
