# Also Check (Secondary Check)

The Also Check feature was added in for a way to add multiple sale/regular selectors to check for. Some external sites will have different design types on separate pages. For example, one page might have a regular price in a *blue* color, but on another page they might have the regular price in a *gray* color. During extensive testing, we’ve seen quite a few websites that have multiple layouts for product pages.

You can choose up to 3 extra selectors to check for. **How this works**: Price selectors will be checked in order. During a price fetch, the normal sale/regular price is checked first. If you have more 'Also Check' price selectors entered in, it will move on to the next, until the correct match is found on the external page. In most cases, the external e-commerce site will only have one layout across the entire site, but there will be certain scenarios where you may need to check for multiple layout schemes.

Here's an example of an e-commerce website with two separate pages with different price styles. As you can see, the pages have different pricing colors.. meaning if you were only targeting one of these page price styles, the other price would not be found during a price fetch. You would need to use an 'Also Check' price selector in this case. You will essentially be checking for two separate price layouts here.

Here's what the price selector(s) would look like in this situation, using XPath. It's set up to check for the sale/regular price combo (in red), and also check for the regular price in the blue color.

You'll notice that the sale price is left blank on the second check, because there is no sale price on that page. During the price fetch, the search stops immediately when the correct selector is found and pulls in the price. If a selector was not found during price fetch, no price would be pulled.
